REFUND POLICY

 

Aayush Labs endeavors to provide timely and efficient diagnostic, consultation, and wellness services. However, due to the nature of healthcare logistics and field operations, certain circumstances may require rescheduling or cancellation. This policy explains how such situations are handled.

 

Right to Reschedule or Cancel Services

Aayush Labs reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment or service with prior intimation to the customer. The time slots selected for sample collection, consultations, or service delivery are indicative and may vary depending on the availability of phlebotomists, medical professionals, logistics constraints, or operational requirements.

Aayush Labs shall not be held responsible for rescheduling or cancellation arising due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural calamities, epidemics or pandemics, government orders, lockdowns, curfews, regulatory changes, strikes, technical failures, political movements, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen events.

Aayush Labs also reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion, where necessary, in the interest of safety, compliance, or operational feasibility.

 

Customer-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services through the platform or by contacting customer support, subject to applicable timelines and charges as detailed at the time of booking. Requests received beyond prescribed cut-off times may attract cancellation or rescheduling fees to cover operational and logistical costs already incurred.

 

Refund Eligibility and Processing

Refunds are processed only after validation by Aayush Labs’ internal quality and operations team to verify the legitimacy of the request.

  • Refund requests must be raised within the applicable timeframe communicated at the time of booking.
  • Requests received beyond such period may not be eligible for refund.
  • Approved refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment used by the customer.

While Aayush Labs endeavors to process refunds promptly, actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions, and may take up to 30 working days in certain cases.

For offline payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT) or cheque, as applicable.

 

Service-Specific Cancellations

Once a diagnostic booking is confirmed, operational arrangements including technician assignment, route planning, and allocation of consumables are initiated. In the event a booking is cancelled after the phlebotomist or field personnel has been dispatched for sample collection, a portion of the booking amount shall be deducted towards visit, logistics, and operational costs already incurred.

The exact deduction, where applicable, shall be communicated at the time of cancellation and adjusted from the refundable amount. Cancellations made after dispatch may therefore not be eligible for a full refund.

 

Limitation of Liability

Aayush Labs shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages arising from rescheduling, cancellation, or delay of services due to reasons beyond its control or as permitted under this policy.

 

Final Authority

All decisions regarding cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and service eligibility shall rest solely with Aayush Labs, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
